Expiry alerts and notifications
Warnings before any document lapses, with a daily summary and reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days. Alerts reach staff and workers by push notification, SMS, WhatsApp and email, with SOS that can never be silenced.
Attendance and timecards
Fingerprint clock-in on staff devices or connected biometric terminals, automatic geofence arrival at sites, rosters and shift schedules, an offline kiosk mode, and timecards workers can sign or dispute.
Overtime and pay rules
Overtime, night, rest-day and public-holiday rates set once per company, trade or worker, applied to approved hours with Ramadan hours, and checked against the Qatar Labour Law reference. Supports full-time, part-time and freelance employment models.
Payroll, payslips and settlements
Pay runs with deductions, payslips for every worker, end-of-service settlements, benefits, airfare and repatriation, payment records and a minimum-wage compliance review.
WPS salary file and bank submission
The WPS salary file generated from each pay run in your bank's format and submitted directly, with missing IBANs and QIDs caught before export and payment deadlines tracked: wages due on the 1st and paid within 7 days.
Worker app
An installable phone app in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali and Filipino. Workers see payslips, leave, their contract and timecards, raise grievances, send sick notes, report safety incidents, use SOS and receive push notifications.
Accommodation and camp operations
Camps, rooms and beds, check-in and occupancy, room inspections, maintenance requests and work orders, utility metering, catering with menus, dietary needs and food cost, laundry and uniform stock.
Transport and fleet
Bus routes, vehicles and manifests with fingerprint boarding, drivers with licence-expiry alerts, and fleet maintenance and fuel costs.

Leave of every type, grievances with escalation, disciplinary cases with appeals, performance reviews, training and safety certifications with expiry, periodic medical screening, safety incidents and near misses, joint worker-employer committees and broadcasts.
Clients and invoicing
Track which workers are deployed to which client, invoice with VAT, and give each client its own portal.
AI HR assistant
Ask questions about your workforce in plain language and get answers from your own data. The assistant explains unusual patterns in attendance and pay, and can propose actions for you to approve.
