Rukn Partner Programme
Rukn is a workforce compliance and payroll platform for Qatar employers with field workforces. It tracks QID, passport, work-permit and medical expiries, applies overtime and pay rules, produces payslips and the WPS salary file, and manages accommodation, transport and a multilingual worker app. We partner with advisers and service providers whose clients need this level of control.

Referral partner
Introduce an organisation that would benefit from Rukn. When it becomes a paying client, you receive 15% of its fees for the first 12 months.
Implementation and reseller partner
HR, payroll and ERP consultancies can offer Rukn to their clients, lead onboarding and data migration, and bill for their professional services. Commercial terms are agreed with each partner.
Strategic collaboration

How the programme works

- We agree written partnership terms with you.
- You introduce an organisation, or involve us with your client.
- The organisation completes a free 60-day pilot. Commission is paid on fees received once it becomes a client.
Commission is calculated on the fees a referred client pays during its first 12 months. Full terms are confirmed in writing before any introduction.
