Final settlement calculator (Qatar)

What a worker is owed at least when the contract ends: the end-of-service gratuity (Article 54), cash for unused leave (Article 81), any unpaid wages, and pay for notice the employer did not give (Article 49).

How it is worked out

Each part uses the rules of its own calculator on this site.

Article 54 lets the employer deduct what the worker owes from the gratuity, so the deduction here is never more than the gratuity.

If the worker is the one who left without notice, the worker owes the employer the basic wage for the missing notice instead.

Assumption: the law sets no divisor, so the daily wage is taken as the monthly basic wage ÷ 30 and the hourly wage as the daily wage ÷ 8, the usual practice in Qatar.
