Where is our data stored?
Hosting is agreed with you before any real worker data goes in, and a Qatar-hosted option is planned. ID and bank numbers are encrypted either way.
Can workers use it on their phone?
Yes. The worker portal works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen. Workers see their shift, overtime, leave and payslips in their own language.
Is Rukn in Arabic?
This website and the worker portal are available in Arabic. The staff screens are in English today; Arabic is planned.
Can we import our Excel files?
Yes. During the pilot we import your existing sheets for you, and you check the result before going live.
Does it produce the WPS file?
Yes, Rukn exports a WPS salary file from each pay run. We confirm the exact format with your bank during the pilot.
What does the pilot include?
60 days, up to 500 workers, every feature and no charge. It covers two full payroll cycles so you can compare the results.
How is billing counted?
QAR 10 for each worker active in a month. Workers who have left or are not active that month are not billed.
Does Rukn decide our pay rules?
No. You set your company's rates; Rukn applies them and shows the Labour Law reference beside each one. It is not legal advice.
